Welcome to Devon County Athletic Association the umbrella organisation for Devon County athletic clubs. Devon County AA promote County championships in Track and Field and Cross Country, we also organise an Indoor Sports Hall league for young athletes and Track and Field Devon Open series for all age groups 8 years old and upwards.

DEVON COUNTY AA STOP PRESS UK JUNIOR FELL RUNNING CHAMPIONSHIPS 26/6/26Junior fell running champs at Edale June 26 Congratulations to the 8 junior runners who represented Devon in the UK fell running champs Our under 16 boys raced over a tough course involving a 350 m climb in the first 1.5 K followed by a narrow undulating path, and a very technical descent over the last 600m. Jack Anthony was an impressive 16th place, Charlie Cleveland 28th and Ollie King was 39th making them ninth team in the UK in this extremely competitive age group. The U18s course was part of an adults race conquering Kinder Scout ! This 8km race involved a 400 m climb over the first 2 km followed by an undulating horseshoe over quite tough terrain, with a 2K descent back down to Edale for the village fair. Great runs by Luke Hayes 17th , Aiden Spinney 25th and Angus Wilson 28th gave Devon an impressive 7th team place. Not to be out done, superb runs by Grace Gokhale who was 15th lady under 18 and her teammate Keira Spinny, who was 25th meant Devon under 18 girls team was 8th place. Congratulations to Cornwall with Chloe Clarke 7th and Izzie Price 11th finishing third team in the U20 ladies. Well done to all those who represented their county . We are really proud of your achievements and thank you for the parents for getting the athletes up to Edale for this event.
